Rackshacks new DNS manager - Proglem

Rackshacks DNS manager sends a confirmation email to the domain registrars email address for confirmation.

That's good in principal.

Unless you happen to use Joker.com, who put #0 at the end of every email address.

So Rackshack try and send a request to registrar@somedomain.com#0, which of course will never arrive.

Wouldn't this have been better to support@rackshack.net or even ram@ev1.net as opposed to a forum like this?
