Hurricane Electric (he.net) is in Fremont. I'd check them out, or one of their resellers. (Fastcolocation.net)
I wish all my traffic went through AS174.

Yeah, HE is a popular Fremont datacenter, and I would recommend them highly.

www.fastservers.net ( a division of Powersurge ) has good deals on dedicated servers.
www.fastcolocation.net ( similar name but different company ) has some good deals as well, especially on colo prices ( and I think their owner is a WHT member? )

I can't think of any Sunnyvale datacenters off the top of my head.

If I'm not mistaken, I think: peoplehost.com has their servers in Fremont.

maxim.net (hostcentric company) is also located in Freemont. Not quite sure how good they are nowadays - but used to host over 10 servers with them some time ago (2 & 1/2 years ago) and visited their data center in person. Really neat people!

XO is also in Fremont, few blocks from HE.net. They're selling $30/mbit for 100mbit.
