Staminus offer NL but you need to contact them, the last time i contacted them the NL was not ready. Voxility in Romania do same but i personally dont suggest it because its filtering need custom tuning.

    Hello,

What is your budget for this?

What exactly do you need protection for, what kind of services do you run on your server? This is important to know as various providers offer different kind of protection.

OVH have decent DDoS Protection. Online.net also have DDoS Protection, not sure how good it is though!

What is your budget and what kind of services do you want to protect? Voxility is one of the major players in Europe, but their filtering alone isn't really reliable and especially with game servers it doesn't work well.

Their SYN filtering blocks some clean packets too sometimes and lets some bad packets through, which often results in disconnects with games. It works ok with websites though. That's why we use an additional RioRey device in their datacenter for games and remaining attack traffic. They also have issues with certain attack types. However, due to their huge backbone (500Gbps), it's very effective against DNS amplification attacks (I've seen them blocking ~450Gbps).

For Web & DNS services. $400-$800 per server is acceptable. We are also interested in IP transit with ddos protection.

For websites you should be fine with Voxility (just don't expect their filtering to perfectly filter *every* type of attack without any additional mitigation devices) and they also provide transit protection. However, they have ACLs to block port 53 by default, so you would have to discuss a custom plan with them when it comes to protecting a DNS.

That should be doable. You can contact Voxility as others have said, but you would need to tweak it yourself.

Also, I am not sure if you mentioned this, but how much clean traffic do you need?

Staminus seem to have Amsterdam, NL available now. There is also SeFlow in Italy.

The others would be OVH / Online.net in France.

I can recommend you to use a CDN service of Incapsula.
They have servers scattered around the world and give preference according to geographical location.

    See: http://bgp.he.net/AS43289#_peers

They are using Voxility as well. Any provider in Europe who claims to have 500Gbps protection is using Voxility at least for partial mitigation.
