I paid for a "120 second setup" server last week thinking it would be automated. I no longer require this as I have moved on to a company who actually has contact details. does anyone here know the best way to contact them for a refund? Or should I simply initiate a chargeback?
I had tried to sign up and login to their forums, this did not work until yesterday when I posted a request. I'm doubting my chances, but to be honest if they don't follow thru with it I will simply initiate a chargeback. Abolsutely sick of lack of ability to contact.
Try contacting OVH, I believe that's the parent company for Kimsufi. I recommend BurstNET for budget, however I enjoyed my experience with them, people have a 50-50 opinion on them. Read a few reviews before you buy if you use them.

Yes I have been trying to contact OVH as well- been sending emails everywhere I can find an address including from domain whois records but no response as yet. I had forgotton about WHT until I had problems, wish I had remembered and looked them up first!
Well, if you know how to use google, you can search about kimsufi delivery time. There was 4 - 6 weeks delivery time when kimsufi launched extremely cheap servers.
Pay for what you get.
Irrelevant. A company should be held to its contractual obligations when the contract is formed. There is no excuse. I'm not going to respond to any more of your pointless posts because they still contain no actual help or constructive information.
Would just like to praise kimsufi on their professionalism regarding refunds - have been informed on the forums (after I could finally access posting) that I will receive a refund. Makes life a lot easier.
(For future viewers bear in mind that I had not used the server at all - didn't install an OS, and had tried to contact them prior to it being activated)
