    Clearing Space Dedicated Server

I have a dedicated server with LW.

I have 12 sites hosted (I used to have over 200)... LW said I'm using 80GB and 140GB in Backup.

Is there any command or tool I can use to figure out what's being used and where? And easily clear it out...

I see in WHM they are telling me the right numbers, but I have no clue where and how this space is being used.

I know how to sign in as root, but I'm not very good with command-based stuff.
