    VPS - BGP/Anycast supporting providers?

I am looking for a few different providers that support BGP from their VPS's.

Purpose is to operate anycast dns service. I have my own ASN and ip space which would be announced.

So far I have found the following providers:

anynode.net - Great prices and no setup fee, however they only have a single location out of detroit. - I will evaluate them.
hostvirtual.com - 15 Global Locations. Great prices however relatively high setup fee at $250/per VM for anycast/bgp. - They are on the list, I like what I've read so far but the setup concerns me when I am just doing evaluations.
gridlane.com - Looks like a single location in Stockholm, unsure on setup fee.

Are there any other providers in the US that anyone is aware of?
