123Systems makes me feel like a chump
Sad to say but when your server goes down on the day after a big Pagan Holiday like New Years it appears that all of the staff are either too drunk or hung over to care.
I've submitted two tickets in regard to issues the latter being mtr data showing a possible bottleneck outside their system.
Tweeting them today seems highly ineffectual and I hope 123Andrew can do something about this.
123Andrew you guys need to improve your ticket response times, if your current staff can't do it, hire me, I can do and I have linux experience.
Tickets in question are:
01/01/2014 10:15 Support
Ticket #123-A3C0E-IWY - MTR data in regards to reaching control panel
01/01/2014 09:19 Support
Ticket #123-D6F2S-GKP - server and control panel are locked up
Anyone that suggests I move on, please, I believe I am getting what I pay for at 32 bucks a year however, It would be nice if they would respond to the tickets faster.
It's just a server for my minecraft. Not like anyone actually donates to that stuff anymore, I've tried. They don't they think donating is a scam so there is no incentive to have a $60/month server.
How long have the tickets been open for?
4 hours at the time of this thread creation. As of 30 minutes ago they both answered and resolved the issue.

And yes - not bad for $32 a year for a vps node!
