Just another quick post to say I'm still happy with their service.
I've been with them since 13th September 2011, and have had 128MB VRSs in Switzerland and the UK (now just the UK) and since March this year I've had a 512MB VRS in Sweden
The only major downtime I remember was yesterday, when the box in Sweden was running slow for about half an hour, but I sent a message to support and within half an hour it was fine. They responded about 10 minutes after to say it was caused by a DDoS on the node.
I can't remember the last time before then that I needed to contact support, and even though I'm only a small customer, they've always been quick to resolve the issue.
I just thought I would post this after yesterday, since usually people only post when they're unhappy with the service.
