10 - 20 Dedicated Servers with Intel Xeon E5-2670
Budget will be based on best market price. Looking for something similar to the computation power of Amazon's cc2.xlarge instances.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
Servers will be used for Altcoin Mining.

As close to this as possible.
Currently selected: cc2.8xlarge (88 ECUs, 32 vCPUs, 60.5 GiB memory, 4 x 840 GiB Storage Capacity)
Location is irrelevant.

Look at the E5 V2 CPUs, you'll get more cores for less money and faster clock for clock performance.

Most people just don't really have a clue. Yeah, you wouldn't need 60GB of RAM.

I will say that I'm a huge fan of the c1.xlarge spot instances that you can keep at .07c for 24/7 w/o them being terminated. I'd be worried about even mentioning that, but everyone likes to waste their money on the c3.8x, so it doesnt matter anyway.

Intel 2670s won't be cheap in a dedicated form either. I don't know what the OP is expecting to pay, but it would be good to see their budget. As John mentioned, I would recommend an E5 16xx series v2 model for faster CPU. Won't have as many cores as a 26xx model, but should still be more than enough and save them money at the same time.
