    VolumeDrive Down?

    Hello,

Our server with VolumeDrive is down and I noticed their own website (http://www.volumedrive.com) is also unreachable.

I found the following thread on WHT which indicates they are Sued For Breach of Fiduciary Duty but not sure whether its because of that:

    Regards,

We were made aware of a network issue this morning that was caused by a malfunctioning router. Our tech's went to work and this has since been fixed. The network should return to normal working conditions over the next hour or so. We are still working on an issue with our ticketing system and website, however, this is also being worked on and will be fixed shortly. Thank you for your patience.

It's not working for me, I think it could be related to their court case: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1328931 They could of been told to seize trading whilst the case is going on, but that's only what I think.

    I've checked Sitemeer.com and it's not resolved:

Also checked their whois, and it was updated today:

On their DNS history, I believe they haven't been updated since 2009 where they was using: dns1.volumedrive.com and dns2.volumedrive.com

    See their Whois at: http://who.is/whois/volumedrive.com

Edit: Volumedrive posted above the reason why

I assure you this has nothing to do with the court case. An explanation has been given above regarding the downtime. You can follow us on twitter for updates as we resolve any pending issues.
