    WEBTROPIA hosting

    Dont buy a hosting @ WEBTROPIA !

    There is SLOWLY & UNINTELLIGENT supporters..

    1 server install is 1 week long..

    I just canceled 2 day later my server.. but they (WARNING!) dont send back my money.. I didnt use my server.. without aktivation cod!

    Well, most hosts do not refund payment for dedicated server and you should read the TOS when you sign up.

    By server install you mean server setup? If so, maybe they were out of stock, No!?!?

    Most provider do not offer refund on dedicated servers. But in your case they send you refund as your server was not setup. Have you requested a refund?? They may accept your request.

    As noted above multiple times, a lot of the Dedicated Server providers will not issue a refund unless the service hasn't been processed yet.

    Even if your server was sent to you, and you didn't use it, most will not refund you since the server had been delivered.

    Always a good practice to fully read their TOS, and if they did deliver outside of their stated window try working with them for a refund or partial refund.
