I bought a web hosting plan on hostfly.in a couple of weeks ago and I have only had problems with them.
I have not been able to log in my cPanel account yet. There are tons of error messages poping up eveytime I try to log in. I opened 5 tickets in total. Their customer support people just keep closing the tickets after 2-3 days without informing me of the ticket status. The problem was actually never solved (don't know why they mark the tickets as solved).
I was never able to get a simgle reply from a human. Only automated email only to tell me "well get back t you shortly", which never happen.
No reply at all is not good. That sounds like an auto ticket closing not a (live person) closing it IMO. Did you login to the client login and see the tickets from there to see if they've replied and the reply just didn't make it your inbox?
If tickets are being closed automatically it means that there isn't even a person manning the helpdesk or responding to tickets. Best thing to do is to cut your losses and find another provider, clearly this one is not reliable at all.
