    Skynethosting.net Problems.

    Hi.

    Has anyone here had any experience with SkyNet.

    I purchased a Top Level Reseller and it's been over 24 hours and nothing is working correctly.

    Opened a ticket about 15 Hours ago and no decent reply as of yet.

    Can someone enlighten me?

    skynet does take time to setup accounts (may be coz the fraud check routine of their processor 2CO), so you should wait a little while longer.

    I dont think he was pointing fingers at you or anything. I guess wat he was trying to say was "skynethosting is under a DDoS attack and have their hands full, may be that is the reason of the slow response" !

    Again, that is just how I interpreted his post. Just my opinion.

    Actually some of his tickets were closed by himself from the members area this is why he haven't got any update over the tickets but the our chat logs shows he have got updates via our Live Chat.

    Well - now is the season of the holidays. I believe most of the companies are replying with some delays and as for me that is normal I think. Moreover I see the company representative is here and now you have archived your goal and company representative is in touch with you.

    I think they manually approve new orders to prevent fraud orders. So, it can take some time. Try opening a support ticket and ask about the status of your order.

    so waiting for that

    skynet may be late but they are good

    finally received the welcome mail some 12 hours back.

    ssl and ip received in 4 hours.

    whmcs license received in 6 hours

    good support
