You need to install GD/curl and compile php with GD/Curl modules.

Do you run cPanel on this server? If so, there is an option to compile GD library and php-curl from EasyApache.

Else, run these commands from SSH:

    yum install php-gd
    yum install php-curl

    yum install php5-gd
    yum install php5-curl
