Has anyone else heard any useful information from Ubiquity about their ongoing Seattle outage? It's been completely down for 17+ hours now with intermittent issues for about 4.5 hours prior to the complete outage starting. I can't get any useful information from them on a status or even an ETA on resolution, so I'm wondering if anyone else has heard anything.
It was a frustrating experience, my monitors detected that access to one of our servers went down hard at about 10am Mountain time yesterday, and did not return until around 7am today.
I could not get any useful information from Ubiquity support yesterday - basically canned responses, and no ETA. This is the longest outage I've had at any of my dedicated providers for over 10 years. I would have been much happier if they could at least tell me what the problem was, and why it was taking so long to fix.
