I have 2 ISP. Both have given me full bgp routing. i have 3 /24 IP pool which is working perfectly. now i want to add a new /24 IP pool in my network. Should i ask my provider to allow new IP pool? or Full BGP mean i can add any IP in my routing table?
Full BGP just means that your transit provider advertises the full global routing table. What you do with them afterwards, and which routes you choose to use from which provider is up to you.
To advertise a new prefix however, involves something else known as prefix lists. Some providers update their prefix lists manually, while others use IRR's like RADB. Sounds like both your providers are currently using the manual method, unless someone else at your organization previously setup use with an IRR that you are not aware of. You can do a lookup of one of your existing /24's at radb.net to verify if that is the case.
