I finished off my production CentOS 6.5 upgrades last night. I had some time left in my scheduled window so I decided to boot each of them into 042stab084.12 having good results with it in dev.
My question, more specifically- with KSplice 'rebootless' patching running across production already, is it necessary to boot a new vzkernel if it's a rebase, or does it make a difference at all? My gut tells me I'm on the right track having done so in the past, but I'm all for eliminating one more need to reboot if I'm wrong.
Thanks in advance.
