2 x 250GB SSD
100Mbps Bandwidth
100Mbps Uplink
i am planning to buy this kind of Server
and resell vps on it..
i am planning to run a game-server on each vps
is this good? or i need to switch to a bigger processor?

It will depend on how many vps you are planning to run and how much space you want to allocate as it might not be enough.
You should look into upgrading your port speed too if you want decent speed for game servers.

It depends on the games servers, slots etc.
You cant set a "min-max" for gameservers.
May I ask you why dont you host your servers directly to your server? Why to create a VPS for each gameserver?

You would probably be better off with like an E3-1270v2 if you are just going to go with 32GB ram, I think thats overkill on the CPU as you will run out of memory far before you his disk space limits and ram limits before using the CPU in most cases.

I would recommend taking 2 X 2TB disks + 240 SSD for SSD caching unless you want to provide VPS with SSD disks only.
