Common Threads
Not sure if this is the right area, of
if anyone is going to listen anyway,
but thought I would make a suggestion.
I frequent both the Control Panel Software
forum and the Running a Biz .. forum. I
find that while sometimes there is good
(arguable) commentary, communication,
etc ... that goes on, a lot of the threads
are newbies and such asking over and
over again the same questions ...
"Where should I advertise?"
"What good control panels are there?"
Has anyone given any thought to adding a
section to WHT of the most commonly discussed
threads, where people can go in and take
a look at all of these threads and ideas that
have been gone over and over and over and over
(you get the idea). Might help keep the discussions
here a little bit fresher, and save people some
time.
I know that essentially you could do a search
for such information, but few newbies do this
(and can you blame them? A search on advertising
will bring back hundreds, if not THOUSANDS of threads).

Nope. Every time the question is asked, a different person asks it. While most are similar, they all have their own unique twists.
Also, every response is unique - some more helpful than others. I think it's better to have a response to each question instead of linking it to an "FAQ" of sorts...
