    64u.com VPS

    Hi

    Anyone have trouble getting to Node: 176.9.158.130

    Been down for 3 1/2 hours +

    No reply to tickets

    I have VPS with them and it's down for about 20 hours. Can't access node (46.4.51.137) with vSphere Client...

    Yeah, I have oppened ticket yesterday, no answer... and Live Chat is offline

    Hope they fix this soon...

    looks like they've closed up shop! mines been down around 36 hours +

    Not quite yet at least - their site and my VDS are back up now.

    You guys are lucky! I'm still offline, they've finally replied after 36 hours informing me they have no idea why the VPS won't connect to the Internet.

    More downtime to look forward to.

    Not sure however I have been offline for over 50 hours + - Allegedly the VPS is up but can't connect to the Internet and they're with the datacenter, a load of tosh if you ask me!

    I just want my data.

    This was their last replay, 2 days ago:

    Our DC mistakenly disconnected our network connectivity, it should be restored shortly.
    now even main page is not loading, my rankings are going to suffer so hard

    I would take whatever they say with a massive pinch of scepticism, I was told they don't know why the VPS won't connect to the Internet.

    In what circumstances can a DC "mistakenly" disconnect them from the network.

    It doesn't make sense.

    Yep, mines back as well. 7 hours of downtime. This, combined with the previous weeks downtime, is probably going to be the last straw for me. The lack of communication certainly doesn't help either.

    Yes, the lack of communication is the worst part. If they would at least communicate proactively and appear apologetic and honest, I would consider staying with them.

    My VPS was never rebooted, to it appears network connectivity was the issue.

    A couple of downtimes ago I messaged the owner on Facebook (which he was cool with) -- sadly its the most reliable way to get a response, especially during downtime. I asked about today's issues and got this back

    The upstream provider experienced a ddos attack. It was mitigated as quickly as possible. We are in the process of setting up a mirror for 64u, perhaps this would benefit you as well?
    Sorry again for the inconvenience.
    I had mentioned frustration with not being able to access 64u.com during downtime - so a mirror might be a nice addition. Not sure I'll be sticking around though.
