First check your inner page optimization, whether that page contains Noindex,Nofollow instruction for robots??If so remove that code because of that only your website inner page not yet indexed..
To get index you can use Fetch URL option in Google Webmaster..It will increases the probability of indexing...

Get a Google WEBMASTER TOOLS account and get your site linked up to it. Then you can use that tool to find errors with indexing your site, as the reporting is directly from Google.
This tool has other useful information as well; a must for any webmaster.

The Google sandbox is a myth; it does not exist.

I got this message in my webmaster tool:
Unnatural links from your site
Google detected a pattern of unnatural, artificial, deceptive, or manipulative outbound links on pages on this site. This may be the result of selling links that pass PageRank or participating in link schemes.
In the Manual Action, I need to submit request a review. Is this Google Sandbox or not?
The SERP of my site is getting down.

Yes i am also getting the same problem. When i am searching in tools, for 1 keyword(web development Singapore) it shows you are free from Google sandbox and for another keyword(website design) it shows you are in Google sandbox. May i know the reason why i am getting these type of results and i am in a confusion that my website is in Google sandbox or not. If the answer is yes, "How can my website get relieved from sand box".

Have you check site:yourdomain in the Google query? How do you know that the inner pages are not indexed? That's quite impossible because if your site got de-indexed, the whole site will be gone from SERP. Not the inner pages only.
