    WHMCS AGAIN - BAH !!!

    Damnit !!!

    Again WHMCS Having License Server issues ?

    We can't stand with this anymore, we had to use the panel exactly in the time this happened.

    What is going on ? They must make a change in v5 to 'avoid' this license server depency, it is killing our business, because the administrators cant access the panel, while the customers can.

    Unfortunately, there is still nothing - at least in its price range - that offers such a robust product suite as WHMCS.

    There are plenty of solid competitors. What features do you use in WHMCS that you haven't been able to find elsewhere?

    Just because a billing system doesn't have 500 payment gateways doesn't mean it doesn't compete -- unless you actually use all 500 payment gateways.

    Have you contacted WHMCS to see if they've had issues with their licensing system? They would probably be the first to know. It could be an issue with your firewall too.

    Contacting WHMCS is you best bet. Also, did you check whmcs members area? Is your license status good?

    Ah you must be new to WHT This is where customers come to rant. It often times solves problems. Just not with whmcs lol

    Hi, did you check ,maybe you had a firewall or your ISP has a firewall which from a mistake blocked the whmcs.com some time it happens.

    I believe WHMCS uses a different hostname then whmcs.com for its licensing system.

    Our panel have been working 24/7 the last many days, so we didn't experience any issues

    My whmcs too, this is why i writed and said maybe there where a network block from the whmcs host and whmcs license server.

    You need to contact WHMCS for this to get immediate action. Their support is fast and friendly, I'm sure they can easily solve this for you.

    Other than that, make sure your firewall is not blocking their servers who validates licenses regularly.

    I hope you don't mind. But other than WHMCS, what billing software do you find 'capable' for the same pricing and robust features?

    We've not experienced any licensing issues of late. In the event there should there be a temporary unavailability of our licensing servers it shouldn't affect access to your installation.

    If that happens then it suggests a deeper problem, and I'd encourage you to open a ticket so we may investigate.

    If its that annoying you that much, why not move to a new billing system there are a few companys out there, who would be more than happy for your custom.
