    Need EU VPS

    Hello,

    I've been looking through the advertising section for the last couple days trying to find a host just hard to know who to trust.

    Here's what i would like.

    Minimum 20GB SSD Space
    3GB Ram
    Minimum 500GB Bandwidth
    un-managed
    Location: NL if possible

    ideally would like a host that has directadmin internal license to keep within my budget, Think i might have to stretch to find a decent host within my budget and use cPanel

    Budget: $30

    Hosts ive been looking at are: pielayer.com, iniz.com, time4vps.eu

    Does anyone have any experience with them or can recommend any other host?

    Thanks

    I know it is not the Netherlands, but I believe the following have managed services in close proximity:

    futurehosting
    tmzvps

    You can find their pricing by searching in:

    Good luck on your search.

    I know you mentioned unmanaged, but looking your price point... you can find managed within that price range with those that I mentioned... and even cheaper with unmanaged.

    If you can live with 2GB of RAM, consider RamNode

    I am sure they could have gone to google to find answers, but they asked the question in WHT.

    Look at EuroVPS. I've been with them for 7.5+ years. EXCELLENT host.

    These seem a little over my budget, Im only 60EUR paying currently for my dedicated with DA so it isnt much of a saving going with them.

    Nick, Don't suppose you have internal DA Licenses? I would be hosted with you in the next second if you did. I personally don't really like cPanel.

    Eurovps & Ramnode both would be good choices.

    EuroVPS = premium
    RamNode = budget

    Not saying one is better/worse than the other, but each serves VERY different needs.

    EuroVPS = managed host
    RamNode = you get a blank VPS, and have to manage it 100% yourself

    With VPS, you need to know SOME management yourself, managed or not. Host management is not as tweaked and security hardened as you or a management company ($50+) would do.
