    * Incero OWNS

We have been using Incero for our colocation and dedicated server needs for quite some time now (~5.5 months for colocation, 2 months for dedicated server rental).

There is absolutely no downtime whatsoever. Not a single blip. Nothing. Absolutely boring!

We have never needed to open an emergency ticket. All the other tickets we have opened got replied promptly in business hours.

The owner, Gordon, who handles the sales is pretty easy to work with. It's fascinating how this guy can give almost instant quotes for any kind of hardware configuration you can ask for.

The techs are very knowledgeable and they are capable of fixing everything pretty damn quickly.

Their network performance is absolutely stunning. We are able to get full speeds 24/7 on their ports. Their network is extremely undersold.

In short, we are getting Softlayer quality without Softlayer prices.

I'm totally satisfied with the service I get with these guys. I recommend them to any business in any size with confidence.

Top of the shelf stuff! Keep it up Gordon and team!

Thanks for posting your review, yes I have seen lot of positive reviews about Incero lately which suggests they really should be a good provider.

I've heard a lot of bad things about Inecro in recent months, so it's nice to see a positive review for once. Kudos to them, hopefully they can keep them coming!

Well they stopped offering Colo since last week. Although existing customer gets to use them still.

What bad have you heard about them? They have been nothing but solid for me for the past 2.5 years (since 05/11).

I've always heard good things, except that IPv6 has been Coming Soon™ for months and if you want it setup manually you'll pay a large fee.

Yeah, agree on all accounts with the posters above. We have had very good experiences with them.

But they do need to implement Ipv6 something fierce.

I'd like to point out that Patrick chimes in on every incero review thread with his negative comments even though he is not a direct customer of ours and has never sent a complaint to myself or any of our staff. I'm not sure why he has a problem, but I don't stoop to his level and attack him or his company every chance I get for no apparent reason.

@Patrick, I invite you to start your own thread with your apparent problems and stop hijacking other threads with your nonsense. Alternatively, lets have a call (email me gordon[at]incero[dot]com with your info), or stop by our office (I'll pay for your and a colleague's first class flight and a couple of nights in the W hotel in Austin) and we can have a beer and resolve any issues you might have with us. I'd love to resolve whatever the issue is.

Should I say bad things to get a free flight there, too?

Thanks Serverian, it's nice to have someone review both our colo and our dedicated servers. We appreciate your business a lot, thank you.

I don't think anything was inaccurate with what Patrick had said. If you search on various forums there has been some negative posting and that is what he is basing his comment on.

Anyway, no need for Austin. Maybe if your at HostingCon we can get get together have some drinks (I'll skip the beer and go to the whiskey) and have a grand time.

    Anyway, nice review

Keeping in mind both you and Patrick work at "rack911"...

We have never had a bad review from anyone who wasn't past due on payment, not complying with our contract (typically the kiddies thinking of not paying is the same as canceling), or doing something illegal.

I welcome all critical feedback. Give us a chance to resolve any issues you and he have with myself or Incero. Patrick, please contact us, meet us, or open a thread with your complaints as someone who has never been a customer of Incero. Otherwise, it's time to quit the bashing (referring to the multiple times Patrick has said negative things about us in review threads even though he is not a customer and has never contacted us).

Patrick, please: don't make wild and/or defamatory claims with NO SUPPORTING evidence. It's like me calling Americans murderers without speaking of the blank check the people wrote to the government to commit genocide for profiteering/looting/greed including (70+ nations 'that were invaded and their governments manipulated for their own good: American capitalism', lol, right?) >500k Iraqi civilians for oil and artificially increasing demand for the $USD (aka Petrodollar). Or the fact that America has the highest murder rate in the developed world. Seriously, my topic is controversial as heck and yet is there ANYBODY that dare dispute it as truth? No, because I don't think anybody here can claim 'the American Way' doesn't support blind patriotism and warmongering across almost every continent on the planet to sell weapons and "security" (aka racketeering)! THIRD-PARTY SUPPORTING EVIDENCE IS THE CORNERSTONE TO ANY CLAIM: or at least a belief from your readers that the evidence exists and would be in their best interests not to challenge it because the mountain and severity of the proof is considerably more damaging than the claims; like the claim of the US Armed forces being warmongering terrorists that promote a culture of rape, torture and other war crimes too horrid to discuss to prove a point.

So... more facts, even if it is banter: otherwise it is just useless

Yeah there are a tiny number of negative threads but they are clearly from troll customers.. they don't count.

If anything, I actually like it when I see a host cut off these troll customers, as that means the host has more resources to spend servicing requests from legitimate customers.

I also think the Rack911 team should provide evidence, or clarify they were simply referring to these other (what I would consider troll customer) threads. If they have specific, first-hand, damaging information regarding Incerno I would like to hear it. Otherwise, it comes across as petty at best.

I myself am a little bit weary of Incero not because of some bad reviews, since there are many many more positive ones, but because of how they are handled sometimes. I don't think I've ever read anything bad about Incero technologically, their infrastructure seems to be stellar, as is their competence.

Occasionally Gordan seems a bit rough though. Like a skilled technician who has been placed in a customer interfacing role, who can tell a customer to shove off I'm tired of you. I can't find too much to back it up, but that's what my memory is telling me, and for some reason he seems to have a few WHT regulars who aren't fans which makes me wonder why.
I worry that something might put me on his bad side, and then it mustn't be good to be a customer of his.

Something like this too, although the customer was troublesome, that seems a bit too unprofessional. Who wouldn't want to tell a bad customer off like that, but you shouldn't.

I guess all it means is that I don't really know what to think of Gordon the person.

That is fair enough and someone's tone can make you not want to be their client, nothing wrong with that and that is valid feedback for the host that can be provided for people who disagree with their communication methods.

But that is not at all what the Rack 911 team said:

I've heard a lot of bad things about Inecro in recent months, so it's nice to see a positive review for once
Emphasis mine. Notice, nothing mentioned about Gordon's communication style, it very specifically is saying they have negative reviews. But as anyone who has 15 minutes can easily verify (certainly no need to take my word for this), there are only a couple of troll-customer reviews and the vast majority of reviews are extremely positive for this host.

I haven't been with them terribly long...have had a small handful of servers for about 13 months, but I have had no issues at all. There has been literally zero downtime, no issues with the hardware, nothing.

As the OP explained...it's kinda boring. LOL!!! That was a great way of describing it, knowing that every day, everything is just going to work.

My only minor gripe is the IPv6, but then again, the only folks who really utilize the IPv6 right now are in Asia, and well...Dallas and Asia don't really go well together. We stick those folks in LA.

Been nothing but happy with Gordon and team over there.
