Hello folks, I'm seeking a support technician position in a small to medium sized company. I have a fair amount of experience with WHMCS, TheHostingTool, and other billing management scripts aswell as cPanel.
I've been a community liaison and a community administrator at Post2Host World (2009-2011) in which my roles were to make sure the forum was clear of spam and to support clients in a timely, respectful and professional manner.
