Go to Supermicro website and check their vendors by country. Where, in which country, do you want to colocate?

The VAT varies depend of the national tax law. Plus the shipping costs would be very high, if you ship from one side of the EU to another. You might get a cheaper offering for the servers, but the shipping costs would be higher.

We personally use Amazon for our Supermicro equipment.. they've got reasonable pricing and a good return policy.

If you need it in the EU then you can use amazon.co.uk (or amazon.de depending on your locality)
