PhoenixNAP - how to make a complaint, who is senior enough to care?
Just wondering if anyone can give me the contact details of anyone senior at PhoenixNAP, I have emailed 3 or 4 times asking for someone's contact details so I can make a formal written complaint.
All emails asking for this have been completely ignored, I jumped on to live chat just now and they wont give me anyone more senior than a sales supervisor and even then they will only give me an email address.
I honestly feel like I am being stone walled because they don't want word of what they have done to get to someone senior, someone must have a name and address for someone senior?
I would appreciate it if anyone can PM me this info, I am not looking to get bitchy with them I just think that someone senior would genuinely like to know how they are treating people and how and why it has genuinely 100% lost them near enough $50,000 in revenue over the next 2 years.
Having had conversations with others in the industry it seems this sort of thing is not at all uncommon yet the common theme is you cant get to anyone senior and the front line staff stone wall people.
Appreciate any assistance if anything all I am doing is trying to give them the opportunity to improve.
