I would just like to report my expeirence with Burst.net.
This is my first time ordering a dedicated server for web hosting. I would just like to say that the support is absolutely rubbish. I have sent in three tickets over the past 2 - 3 days with not even a response. Upon calling Burst.net I am redirected to a reception desk that only takes voicemail. Very cheap, yes, but for a damn good reason. If anyone here is representing Burst.net here is my tickets:

All set to high priority, open and untouched. That is a joke. Sales is a very responsive department though, I will give them that.
if it's your first dedicated server, why you take one unmanaged?
Burst only do unmanaged dedicated server. Unless the ticket is about hardware or network problem, burst will probably not even care about it..
That is a terrible way to look at things. EVERY provider is SUPPOSE to RESPOND to a ticket. At that point, they can politely say whether the request is covered or not, and what the options are "we have hired hands for $$ an hour" or "hire a qualified person".
Have you got your server online??
Burst.net is generally busy because of too many orders.

All these tickets have been responded to, unfortunately, most are for matters that we just do not handle. Issues are for system administration of these boxes, and our services are mostly unmanaged.
Even though they should have provided some sort of response in that time, you also have to keep in mind if you're going to provide Web Hosting and you can't manage you own server, you probably are in the wrong industry. Bare minimum, if you can't manage your own server, you should be hiring a sysadmin or paying your host for managed services. If you have issues down the road that aren't covered by Unmanaged services you could be SOL...
