One easy way would be to contact your new host's support department and ask them to do this work for you.

If they accept and do a good job then it will be easy, at least for you.

Is the old and new system both cPanel and both still up and running?

You can use cPanels built in account transfer feature in WHM, you will want to update nameservers/glue records after moving.

    1) From WHM create full cPanel account backup of each cPanel account and save this in public_html directory of that account.

    2) From new server use wget command to download all backup file.
    Code:
    cd /home
    wget http://www.domain.com/backup.tar.gz
    3) When you have backup files of all accounts on new server, you can restore then from WHM or from SSH

the best option is to upload a backup of each account to the new server and restore in WHM.
