123systems - Not Responding Support Tickets Properly
I've 123systems reseller account but I've having problem with the domain hosted at my accounts. Hosting accounts are not working since 27/11/2013. Only one hosting account is working, all others are inaccessible.
I generated support ticket providing full detail of problem but they respond very very very late and their response is also unclear and incomplete.
First ticket 123-B8C5J-RCF generated on 27/11/2013 02:27
Second ticket 123-A6P2V-TXE generated on 29/11/2013 20:38
but ticket no. 123-B8C5J-RCF is closed without any solution or assigning any reason and second ticket status is set to "In Progress" and last answer received on 05/12/2013 and no further action taken till yet.
I want to confirm are they planning to close their business???
