Our website is currently under a DDoS attack. It's being worked on and we should be back shortly.

Both the main site and helpdesk were offline, the main site is up and we're waiting for Incapsula to update the DNS so the helpdesk comes back up.

At least you had a quick fix! I see your dedi's are with racksrv.com (or at least the IPs are) you should ask them to see if they offer hardware for DDOS Protection as I know its a pain in the butt when attacks happen

Cloudflare offer it too but its $299 per domain which is rather pricey.

When using pingdom I do a check on the server not the site.

Didn't see a poll on my the mobile app. I voted no, simply because if your not happy with them for any reason, it's best if you left to a host are happy with. Something I tell my mates looking for hosting. If your not happy with something, why stay with them?

We're back up, though if you have our old DNS cached you may need to restart your browser in order for the new information to be picked up.

I am looking for a reseller package, about £10-15 for 10gb and WHMCS. (would be nice to have end user support)

The only other well known provider that offer End user support is InnoHosting but they cost more than what your budget it. Apart from the End User Support, you should be able to get a good account at that price.

Glad to see that you're happy. We're also making the move away from EZPZ but we're now with InnoHosting. Rameen's pre-sales has been top-notch. We'll see how the migration goes. The migrations are usually a good way to test how well a company operates.

Ah, Rameen ... A bright shining star among super-stars. You can't go wrong with Innohosting
