That's not what I and the others here suggested at all.
Absolutely right.. their ticketing system may have a trigger in place that essentially marks your multiple tickets as "spam" or "duplicates" and delay a notice to the appropriate department and a reply to you.
That being said, I'm not sure if you've completed the back-up process yet, but I'd certainly start immediately *if* you haven't. (Edit: Oh sorry, I see you did just take a backup)
