    Exclamation BurstNet VPS down for 2 days no reply to ticket, no reply to aim, no reply to twitter

    So I've been almost 48 hours without having access to the vePortal for my VPS (resold at that), and I've received absolutely no support whatsoever. There's a pretty good chance I'm going to lose my client over this too :/

    The time I submitted the ticket was 06 December 2013 12:39 PM. I've since tried to contact via aim and twitter as well. What the heck guys? I understand that BurstNet is a budget provider but ignoring an outage for this long is ridiculous!

    edit: Looks like I gave the wrong server URL in the ticket... Still not sure why it took so long to receive a reply but I am at fault for providing incorrect information.

    So I submitted a ticket Dec 6 for a VPS that was down and I still haven't received a reply.

    The VPS is currently back online but still I received no reply.

    Closed the ticket //end thread.

    To be fair, in the ticket I did provide an incorrect address for the vps but some kind of acknowledgement would have been nice.

    There's no such thing as an unmanaged server - It's actually self-managed. Worth remembering next time you're looking for someone to complain to.
