Is there any way to track visitors location precisely?
I want to have a system in my website which will track a visitors country accurately when they go on to make a purchase.I heard ip can be tracked but they can also be mislead, like cloaking an ip and showing different location.
I want to track the visitors real location, how can I do this?
I don't think there is a system - at least available to the public - that will track the individual's exact location; however, I would try the GeoIP database, as mentioned above, and see if it suits your needs.

VPN and proxies can mask the underlying IPs, in addition given the shortage of ipv4 at the moment you often see IPs incorrectly labelled (e.g. Softlayer Singapore using some of their US registered address space in SG). In short you can't be 100%, but if something like maxmind geo ip lookup satisfies movie studios (i.e. netflix geo restricting) I can't imagine you have a even stronger requirement?
Just a thought, given number of devices with GPS, and browsers exposing this even on desktop, you could just always ask them for the location? (see how twitter works - this service would like to know your location [yes/no]) Again can be subject to tamper very easily.
I note I updated my post after you writen that (by timestamp), wasn't intentional. This seem to be the simplest solution if you want to avoid a high amount of false positives and technical issues in implementing geo checking.
