I had a couple domain names with 123DomainStore and I wanted to transfer them out to a different registrar. I paid to have it transferred and got the EPP code to have it transferred. I got an email asking to confirm the domain name transfers and I did confirm it. This was back on Nov 29. I still haven't received anything saying what was going on with the transfer, so I contacted 123DomainStore on Dec 2. They still haven't responded to say what was going on. I tried contacting them again today via their phone number, and it seems to be disconnected (everytime I call, it just beeps like its busy). I tried contacting PublicDomainRegistry (who 123DomainStore resells for) directly and I'm afraid they're going to redirect me to 123DomainStore. I'm hoping that 123DomainStore doesn't leave me high and dry and cancel the domain transfer, but is there anything I can do if they do?
