I recently joined Entropay and at the time they resoned quickly to emails.
I registered a second Credit Card to my Entropay account using the verfiyication system using the $1 transaction and 6 digit code.
When I got the code I was unable to log into my accound to enter the details. (would not accept the password) I was sure I had the correct password but I used the lost password link on their site but they never sent an email to me. I then sent an email to their support people asking if I had been locked out of my account but still no response.
I'm begining to feel very uncomfortable about Entropay.
Has anyone else had this happen to them and how did it get resolved.
