    WideVPS.com is Scammers | bad services

    Cheated me $ 85, submit Ticket them remove my Ticket, I asked Paypal processing, Paypal said they would not intervene in virtual product, can only help me send messages, reply to me only once after it WideVPS

    What is the status of your invoice in their WHMCS client area.
    Is it paid / unpaid??

    And how long it has been after making payment??

    If your paypal payment came from Credit Card, contact your bank to file a chargeback.

    I had a server with them a while ago. The day after I received my invoice for renewal, they disconnected the server without even telling me. I paid for the next month and then realized it was disconnected. I contacted them and luckily they didn't recycle it yet. It's like they were trying to push me out the door, so they lost my business for that. I'm amazed they're still in business.

    Oh I hate companies who remove tickets! I definitely understand how you feel because I've been through such phase with a domain company.

    While I didnt have any problems with the VPS itself, their payment process seems to be setup to squeeze money out of you.

    everytime they send me an invoice in paypal they create a recurring payment. They still send a "pay now" button when you do that, this happened to me accidentially, you can pay two times. I disputed the payment because support doesnt react they canceled the service (despite having paid already).

    Also, i had 4 windows VPS with them, every single time it took them days to activate it, they never credit you for the time you dont have the VPS yet. i think in total they took 1month from me without providing any kind of service.


    I am happy with First-Root.com and cinfu, budgetVM is just completely useless (they love killing your tasks without noticing), maybe i go to burst.net for my windows VPS, was happy there with the dedicated server.
