i opened a ticket there few weeks ago maybe, i even forgot that i opened a ticket. and just few minutes ago i got an email that my ticket will be checked and they will reply the ticket soon. wow. i am completely amazed by them. just sharing the joke with you guys. i left them . i have no other ways. i cant login to my client area so cant pay the due. had to move away. i have bought a vps from jollyworkshost yesterday. will post a review about them after a month. 9xhost was great few days ago when they was small. but now they are very bad. i thank them to host my sites for 1year without any problem. but now i dont want to be with them now, and i dont recommend them.
they are using hostbill. i used their old whmcs but cant login. page just keep on loading. and even after discussing 3times they are not helping. i am really surprised that they are not helping a customer who want to pay them.
