    Photon VPS Cheating !!!!

    As we know Photon VPS hacked on 28th of Nov 2013. I had registered a domain 'eccron.com' under Photon VPS and i had pointed my NS to an other service provider.

    From last two days, the domain NS information is messed up and my domain is not pointing to that service provider that i had given. I added a ticket(#543498) but they did not resolve it yet. I am spending much of my time to chat with them but no answer.

    I attached My Whois information 2 copy(2 days) and ticket information here.

    I need every ones support and advice to get my domain back.

    Thank you,

    Abhilash Joseph C

    Your options are limited be patient and keep trying to contact Photon. I would suggest be professional respectful with them, this will get you much further if you intended to move the domain. Since this domain is new you may not be able to move the domain right away. Most registrars have a period you have to wait after you purchase a domain before it can be moved.

    Your domain current nameserver are:
    Code:
    ns2.unixbsd.info -> 208.87.243.238
    ns3.unixbsd.info ->205.234.103.52
    You registered this domain name on November 15, 2013
    You need to wait minimum 60 days after registration to transfer domain to any other registrar. But you can move your domain name to any other enom account after 7-days only.

    You do not need EPP code to move domain within enom.
    But you may need access to domain control panel, and for that you need to contact photonVPS.

    Looks like a communication issue to me. If you're unable to access the registrar (enom) account yourself, tell PhotonVPS support you want them to delegate the domain to ns1, ns2 and ns3.digitalocean.com in their enom account.

    There's no need to provide your root password for that but they might want it for authentication (the PhotonVPS root password, not the DigitalOcean one). Working with PhotonVPS support will be the quickest way to get the change you want, and you can think about moving the domain afterwards.
