server you are copying from has the ip x.x.x.x and the server you are copying to has y.y.y.y
you have two solutions:
1) you go to the server from which you are copying and run the following command
scp -r [email protected]:/<path>/<to>/<folder>/apple /<path>/<where>/<you>/<want>/<to>/<copy>
2) you go to the server to which you want to copy you change the directory to where you want to put your apple folder and run the following command
scp -r [email protected]:/<path>/<to>/<folder>/apple .
this assumes that you have root access. If you don't then just use the user you have but you will have to have write access to that path
