    oneprovider bad support

    I have a ticket open 24 hours and does not respond, I need immediate
    solution to the server is offline and not responding to ping, and I can not
    create ipmi session, I need to answer the support tickets faster

    I have server with them and they're definitely not the fastest in terms of response times but they do respond within 24 hours usually, so seems weird that they haven't responded yet.

    is that the server does not respond to ping, can not create ipmi session, for me 1hr with offline server is too much, imagine 24
