I need bandwidth! (Doesn't everyone?)

Hey all -

I've been following these forums in the shadows for quite a while now and have read much more than spoken. I come to you all with a plea for help =) I'm looking to co-locate a server on someones network. I can pay (not a lot though) even though the server would only be for a Tribes2 server. We have a few servers running right now, but we're just looking for a little more bandwidth. The box I would send to the site if I find one is a 1ghz Linux machine.. very small (so it could be tucked away and all we need to so is SSH in).

Anyways- We must have a T3 or larger connection. Yes.. We have our own T1's and Dual T1's.. They aren't enough.. Its not that the bandwidth isn't enough, they just don't seem to be good pipes. Bandwidth usage is about 32Kb per user and the max user limit on the server is 34... Let me know if you can help me out! I'm sure someone out there has a solution!

Shoot me a quote or solution to carey_cahill@maxtor.com, thanks!

Thank you!
Chry

Are you looking to pay for actual usage (ie. GBs used) or for a capped line (ie. 512kbps, etc.)?

It really depends on your usage pattern. If you constantly have lots of people on the server, go with a capped line. But if there's only people on the server occassionally, go with actual usage.

If you want to go with actual usage, a ballpark figure on bandwidth usage would help. (like 50GB/mo, etc.)
