WHMCS - putting newly opened ticket on hold

I just opened a new support ticket to a client and its showing in the admin area under "open" tickets, when I went in and selected "On hold" from the dropdown menu and came out it was still set as open.

I'm sure I'm just doing what I always did before, but now it seems stuck where it is.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

5.2.14 but was the same on 5.2.13 though i'm sure it was fine before the 5.2.13 update, but think its probably just my installation rather than a global problem as think someone would have already mentioned it if that was the case.

It works perfectly in v5.2.13. If it worked in v5.2.13 for you and not in v5.2.14 then try re uploading and if not. Open a ticket with WHMCS.

    There is NO 5.2.14.

The "new" versions are as follows:
    5.1.14 (5.1 release)
    5.2.13 (5.2 release)

    They cannot mix !!!

@Vex76 it seems that you are not aware of recent updates. The update was released yesterday.

    Hi,
It could be an escalation rule you've created: http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Ticket_Escalations

If not, then it sounds like the actions of a rouge action hook or addon module.
