What's your budget? Do you need any specific features? Are you looking for a certain location?

Take a step back. You need to find the right host for your site; there is no right host for any and every site.

So: To get some more focussed advice (as opposed to people chiming in with meaningless comments hoping you'll notice that they, too, offer hosting): Tell us all a little more about what you're wanting to host. What kind of site? How many visitors / pageloads might you get in a day (realistically)? Budget (as already asked for above)? Anything else that would help people here understand your needs.

I recommend FreshRoastedHosting and CrocWeb, some of your list have a very good reputation on this forum, and Media Temple was sold. Good luck.

I'm hosted with one of them. But overall all of them are good providers. Let us know who you go with. We shouldn't recommend any to you with that list just look and see which pls fits your need and go with that.

I used HawkHost some years ago.....they were very good indeed!

I agree, all of them are good but FreshRoastedHosting have phenomenal customer service. They're more on the expensive side (with too few benefits - 5.99$ for 1 domain for example) but I only very seldom experienced problems with them.

    Nah, it is easy.

Start from the first one and get small hosting then if you have another site or looking for another reseller hosting, then go for the next one until you have accounts in every providers you listed :-) problem solved.

The idea is not putting all your eggs in one basket.

Just make sure you have remote backup.

all of them are good. what is your budget and requirement.?

Good list. Try as many different providers as you you can. Everyone has difference experiences after all.

Doing research based yourself is really good to find which will fit your criteria. Dont forget to read reviews each provider and make comparison from their trusted customers, try to find bad reviews and look at how they spend their time to solve it and make their clients happy. Hope you find soon as you need

The above quote is true and many people fail to do this before getting web hosting. Please always read the bad reviews, vitally important so you understand where a company is going wrong at.

Hi.. Always read the customer feedback via reviews. That is the the best place where service oriented doubts/queries will be answered. Also you could purchase a monthly plan initially to test the service like technical support, downtime etc and then opt for a yearly plan once you are satisfied with the hosting company (for cost benefits). If not, then move over to another provider.
