    webmail ssl 2096

    It is possible to ask my WH provider to change cPanel default 2096 port in order to access webmail since in my office they are blocking it???????

    the point is that i just use this provider as mailserver i have just mx records pointing but my DNS zone is my websites WH provider!!
    so I have no domain pointing to their nameservers

    If your web host lets your set custom MX records, they probably let your create the A record for that points it to your mail provider. That should do it. https is then safer than http, although you will then get a warning that the host name on the certificate doesn't match.
