I opened emergency ticket since 30 minutes ago and there is no replay , I called support phone I got the message "mailbox full" when I dail the support ext. and after a couple of tries the technical emp says that let me check with the datacenter and i will replay the ticket and he is cheking since 15 minutes without any replay.
