Hello, guys, if you have a problem like using VPS and CentOS and cPanel, and after you install and enable CSF it stops all traffic or websites, just put this line on SSH of your VPS and it will work again:
csf -a 0.0.0.0/0
If still doesnt work, type
Take a look at the list that shows what is the local ip address and run the command above changing 0.0.0.0 with your local ip address
Hope this tip helps other people on the world.
The only one to offer programming support.
We offer: Root, Super Alpha, Alpha and Master Reseller without bugged Zamfoo. Use your cPanel.
Thank you very much for your comments. But if CSF blocks all your traffic, that means something is wrong with your CSF configuration. If it blocks only your IP address, see what is conflicting with your connection to the server. Adding "0.0.0.0" to the allow rule is not really recommended, because then there is no real advantage in running CSF /LFD.
yea, csf -a 0.0.0.0/0 is allowing all network to any resource in the server, which simply means no firewall. You need to check and see why its blocking all traffic.

Ive solved the client problem by adding
csf -a IP_OF_MY_DEDICATED_SERVER/0
its less danger then using 0.0.0.0/0 as people told above.
Hope this help future persons with same problem
Glad you sorted it out, but just to be honest, it's still a band-aid fix.
CSF has default ports open when it's installed; 80 http, 25,110, 465,993,995 for emails, 22 for ssh which should always be changed, panel ports, dns, etc, so you should't have to tweak it to get it to work.....just tweak it to secure your account/server.
Some would say to go over to the csf forums, but honestly, their forum is slow or sometimes non-responsive, but to counter-argue, most issues have been answered many times over, you just have to search. Same as here, but there's always people willing to jump in with suggestions.
