Just check your shelves before you go to sleep.

I actually have a crawl space in my basement. Ventured through it once. In the dark. Now THAT'S creepy.

That bananna peel would be black within a half hour of peeling. That one is perfectly fresh. Not buying this for a second. There is no way out other than the one way. If people were in the house they would see a peron come in and out. Come on...

Or the remote you lost last year...though I guess that could be a treasure.

I can't vouch for the authenticity, but I believe the banana peel was placed there for photographing?

Are you sure? Did you check the bookshelf? How about the attic? You know there is a gap between the water heater and the back wall. But don't check the basement, never check the basement. btw, you're out of lunch meat...again.

Looks like something out of Chucky. But yes, the banana skin gives it all away.

I think I'd start knocking out sheet rock at the bottom of those stairs.

True or not, and without the hiding person, that secret room looks super cool.

I'd want something like that in my house.

I would put my computer room at the bottom of it (granted there's a room down there somewhere). XD

Wow, that's nuts. I couldn't imagine buying a houose and then later finding out someone was living in a secret room inside of my house.

I wonder if it was the previous owner? Haha!

Isn't the article mentioning it was added as a measure of scale?

Yes. From what I read they put the banana Peel there themselves.

That would be really creepy for sure.

I'll be honest, though: Part of me wonders if they staged this for the press attention. Just a thought.

I went to a bar in slovenia that was designed with all secret passages. Was awesome. Would love to find a place with some hidden rooms.

Yep, it's where the old owners back in the 1930 - 1950 where people used to kill others and hide the bodies down there for witchcraft.
