Is there a way I can connect my usb to remote desktop?

I'm using Jump Desktop to use my vps. How do I connect my external hard drive to vps? I'm using OS X Lion.

You can using remote desktop for windows but its not wise its very slow to use and it isnt a feature for mac it mounts the local drives on to your remote desktop session but slow internet = slow read speeds.

You can use something like log me in or setup a mac server file share to your IP or a hostname though and connect that way if its a permanently mounted drive to a server but thats your limit really.
