    webtropia cancellation issue ?

    Hi,
    i have 2 dedicated servers in the hoster.
    And i can't cancel it.
    If i choose cancellation in control panel via Fax/Postal it takes me to download cancellation form page, but there is no download link.
    Support staff do nothing with this issue/tickets.

    Can anybode know what i should to do in this case?

    How are you paying for the service? Did you try contacting the billing department?

    Hi,

    Yes, i contacted previously to billing@ and support@ and [email protected] for this issue.
    Answer for it - please open a ticket at https://zkm.webtropia.com.

    And answer for tickets:

    Servers was paid via Paypal with no contract period and no contract.
    This more expensive option.

    Looks like i have no right to cancel it.

    Looks good, but myloc send me invoices that will automatically renewed, from month to month.
    And then they took debts to collector agency.

    Just fax them a free form letter that you're cancelling your server. They will accept it, they did so when I was cancelling last year.

    The OP needs to follow the cancellation process by sending/faxing the form.

    unworkable with this company. a company that is very bad. Because of the virtual server problem.
    company covering all the main server.
    Sample. There is a esx server.
    virtual server in the server 10.
    example: a site for virtual server, in case of problems, such as virus illegal content. company closes the master server.

    look forward to a full second gun. CEO says no need to ask.
    a company that is ridiculous. hosting job, they do not.

    an amateur company, is hosting the site, what is the need to learn.
    support team, virtual server does not know. I have not seen a company so infamous.

    I suggest you to cancel using SMS.

    I canceled a lot of servers in that way and everything went smooth

    Have you tried to call them to see how else you can cancel the dedicated servers you have with them? Worst case you should just be able to cancel your paypal subscription directly at paypal. Have you tried doing that since they are not being responsive.

    1) they do not allow paypal subscriptions

    stay away from webtropia

    They are the worst hosting company I worked.
    They told me several months ago that you can cancel 3 days before the contract end data, now saying 4 weeks ago. Is this a joke.

    I had bought second server on that time and they don't refund the money. In their websites it's written that dedicated server installation takes 12 hours, then said that 12-48 hours. And they delivered 3rd day, and disk gone. Now it has been 5 days and neither refund nor install the server.

    They have very slow sales and support. You ask a question and you get an answer next day and mostly rudely.

    So I suggest stay away from them. Of course there are good guys mostly technicans but there is a big internal problem I guess which causes bad business.
